Disclaimer: All editing results are AI-generated and may not perfectly match your expectations.
- Alpine Technologies LLC assumes no liability for inaccurate or unsatisfactory editing results.
- We are not responsible for any consequential damages or losses resulting from use of the editing service.
- Users acknowledge that results may vary and are generated through AI interpretation.
5. Results Not Guaranteed
All editing results are based on AI processing and machine learning algorithms.
No Guarantee: We make no warranty or guarantee regarding the accuracy, quality, or specific outcomes of editing results.
6. Data Usage & Privacy
6.1 Data Processing
Photo editing is processed via Google Gemini and other AI services for comprehensive editing capabilities.
By using the App, you consent to sharing your images with our AI service providers and acknowledge that their privacy terms apply to your data.
6.2 Use of Third-Party APIs
The App integrates services from Google Gemini, OpenAI, Mixpanel, RevenueCat, Superwall, Firebase, and others to enhance functionality. Use of these third-party APIs is governed by their respective Terms and Privacy Policies.
6.3 Storage and Retention
Images may be stored for processing and historical reference purposes.
Users are responsible for ensuring they have rights to edit provided images.
6.4 Security
While we employ reasonable measures to safeguard data, we cannot guarantee absolute security. Users assume responsibility for providing any images for editing.
7. User Obligations
Users must:
- Only upload images they have rights to edit.
- Refrain from using the App for any unlawful purposes or in violation of these Terms.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and features of the App are the exclusive property of Alpine Technologies LLC or its licensors.
Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use is strictly prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alpine Technologies LLC shall not be liable for:
- Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or business opportunities.
- Any damages resulting from unsatisfactory editing results.
- Any reliance placed on editing results or insights generated by the App.
Use of the App is entirely at your own risk.

We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

- Violation of these Terms

Alpine Technologies LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the App for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Alpine Technologies LLC concerning the App and supersede all prior agreements.
